How do we help job seekers find a job?

At WP, we employ various methods to help our candidates find jobs.

We utilise job sites to post our candidates' profiles, promote their skills on social media platforms and Google, and showcase their abilities which displays at hardware stores and construction sites.
We also collaborate with construction companies and other businesses to help fill their positions with our workers.
To ensure visibility and recognition for our workers, they wear WP t-shirts while on the job, making them easily identifiable in a crowd.
Additionally, each worker is assigned a unique number, making it easy for clients to locate them on-site.

We value feedback from the public and encourage them to rate our workers based on their performance and reliability, enabling us to maintain a high level of service and accountability.
